HomeU, an ambitious Real Estate Tech Startup, embarked on a transformative journey within the dynamic ecosystem of a Milan-based accelerator program. Their objective was crystal clear: to showcase substantial progress and tangible traction metrics ahead of a pivotal Pitch Day with potential investors.

At the outset, HomeU faced the challenge of having limited prior traction, with only two houses listed on their MVP platform over the span of eight months.

CONTEXT

HomeU was an early-stage startup participating in a Milan-based accelerator program. Their goal was to gain traction metrics before the Pitch Day with investors. Before this, they had not held any auctions and had only listed 2 houses on the MVP in the preceding 8 months.

In less than 2 months, we engaged 10 potential sellers through online communities. They listed their houses on our platform and paid for an Estate assessment. We also conducted 8 successful online auctions, proving that the market was receptive. We provided HomeU with the traction metrics they needed for their investor day.
